What it is not

- It is not a phone carrier. Calls and texts run on a phone number you set up inside the account, and usage is billed at cost on top of the subscription.
- It is not a bookkeeping system. It bills and tracks payments; it does not replace your accountant.
- It does not import your existing tools automatically. Contacts come in by CSV, and the rest is set up once.
