Website overview
What each tab under Website does — the overview dashboard, blog, SEO score, forms, leads and the chat widget.
Website is where your marketing site is managed. Seven tabs.
| Tab | What it does |
|---|---|
| Overview | A dashboard: a preview of the site, your SEO score, visitors and page views this month, top pages and recent blog posts. |
| Blog | Write and publish posts. |
| SEO | A 19-point checklist scored out of 100. See Improve your SEO score. |
| Forms | Forms on your site and where their submissions go. |
| Leads | People who came in through the site. |
| Chat Widget | The chat bubble on your site. |
| Settings | Site-level configuration. |
View Website at the top right opens the live site in a new tab.
Site performance
The Site Performance panel on Overview shows visitors, page views and leads for the current month, and Top Pages ranks your pages by traffic.
Read it as a rough shape rather than an exact figure. It answers "is anyone arriving, and where do they land", which is the question worth asking weekly.
Leads from the site
Form submissions and chat conversations become contacts. They arrive in Leads and in your main Contacts database, so anything you can do with a contact — text them, add them to a workflow, book them — works on a website lead immediately.
