What the trial includes
The full product. The trial is not a cut-down tier — the point of seven days is to put real work through it, and a stripped version would not tell you anything useful.
What is billed separately
Texts, calls and emails are not included in the trial or in the monthly subscription. They run on your own phone number and are passed through at direct cost.
That is the honest answer to "is $97 really all of it": the subscription is the software, and usage is usage. For most people usage is a few dollars a month. If you are running a power dialer through a large list, it is more.
Set your phone number up early in the trial rather than on day six. Number provisioning and carrier registration are the parts that take real time, and everything in the Phone section depends on them.
When the trial ends
There is no free tier to fall back to. If the trial ends without converting, the account stops rather than quietly dropping to a limited version — a half-empty app with no explanation helps nobody.
Cancelling
Billing is managed through the secure billing portal, reached from the settings menu at the top right of the app under Billing & Subscription → Manage billing.
