What is Legendary Messenger CRM?
A Chrome extension that turns your Facebook Messenger inbox into a sales pipeline — stages, scripts, follow-ups and your real conversion rates.
Legendary Messenger CRM is a separate product from the Legendary Leads platform. It is a Chrome extension you buy on its own, and it works inside Facebook Messenger rather than in the app.
If you are looking for the CRM, phone system, calendars or website, those are in the rest of this help center. This section is only about the extension.
What it does
Every conversation in your inbox gets a pipeline stage, a next message and a follow-up date, without you leaving the thread.
- A stage on every conversation. Eight of them, from New Lead to Deal Won, shown on the row in Messenger's own conversation list.
- Your scripts, where you are typing. Type
/in the message box and pick one. - Follow-ups you will actually see. A date, a reminder, and a calendar of everything you owe people.
- Your real numbers. Four conversion rates built from what you recorded, and one sentence naming the step costing you the most.
What it never does
It does not send messages. A script is written into Facebook's own message box and stops there — you read it and press send yourself.
There is no bulk messaging, no scheduling of messages, no friend-request automation and no way to make it act while you are away from the keyboard. That is deliberate. Automated sending is what gets Facebook accounts restricted, and this tool is built to keep yours.
This works on top of Facebook, and Facebook can change how their site works at any time. When they do, parts of this can stop working until we ship a fix. Facebook's terms also do not permit tools like this, and accounts pushing high message volume can get restricted. Use an account you are comfortable using this way.
Where your data lives
Contacts, stages, notes, images, links and your script library are stored in that browser, on that computer. None of it is sent to us.
One thing does leave the machine, and only because you asked it to: signing in sends your email address and password to Google's authentication service, which is what proves your subscription is active.
Clearing your browsing data takes your pipeline with it, and it does not sync between computers yet. Make a backup once you have work worth losing — see Back up and move your data.
What you need
A desktop computer running Chrome, Edge, Brave or another Chromium browser. It does not run on a phone, because it works by reading the Messenger page you have open.
